Well, the first set is back and in a chatty email, Doc says both of us are
holding well on that score, me a little high but acceptable and mostly 'good
type'.  Calcium tests take longer but some measurements matched to last set
show I need to increase my calcium intake.  Grin, kinda fun being a lab rat.

Neither Don nor Charlotte like cottage cheese but he wants me to eat a cup a
week.  He's already got a baseline on my green sources eating and it's not
quite as much as i need although it 'should have been'.  It's not like I have
a major disaster here, but I'm showing some bone loss when I shouldnt
according to my eating habits.  The only major shift in Japan other than off
red meats mostly, is cheese went way down.  We can almost plot my cheese
reduction as matching my marrow soup upscale.

I doubt any here track my MM postings close enough to have really noted my
cooking habits that well, but I noticed it once I was aware of the bone marrow
craving I was developing where a 'fix' was needed every 3 weeks.  As my cheese
consumption went down, my use of bone went up.

Apparently the only thing I am doing different, is I dont eat fish bones or
shrimp shells.  My diet 'should' be calcium high enough but I'm not absorbing
it right.  He also looked over Charlotte and advised we keep giving her a
healthy cup of milk with dinner as well as keep up the habit of a bottle of
floridated water a day (something he's advising his Japan patients to do as
well as there's a distinct long term tooth benefit in childhood).

Yup.  Test not back yet on the specifcs, but looks like we are catching this
one early enough.
