I suspect it was new to the area and he idea of trying something new
attrcated the crowd.  We usually wait until the dust has settled before
going anywhere new, like the PX here on post or when the new combo NEX
and commissary opened at Pearl Harbor a few years ago.  Took us over a
year to get to the latter, only a few weeks for the former.

Yes, and there are some good things on the menu, if you know where to
look.  I don't want pancakes with my eggs and Steve wanted pancakes but
not eggs so the waitress let us split a meal, with a side of something
else (forget what) that one of us wanted.  Beat having to order two big
meals.

So-so.  I'm supposed to wear regular shoes and be on my feet to
"challenge" it according to the new doctor.  That doesn't work too well;
I end up hurting more and getting less done.  Have to see him again on
Friday; I'd rather see the one who had been working with me but he's
moved on in his training so had to get the new guy.
