We've done that, sometimes when they try seatig us in a "No Smoking"
area not 3 feet from the smoking one and nothing separating them.  After
a bad day at Tripler today, Steve took me over to "Steak Night" at the
cub tonight. First my lemonade came out aslemon lime soda, OK, I'll
drink it, even tho it's not what I wanted.  Then our medium steaks came
out well done--waitress did finally cme and replace them, my medium was
shading toward (but not quite) well done.  My corn on the cob was cold
but ate it anyway.  Then drink refills took half of forever--and it
wasn't that busy a night!  But, it beat my cooking & clean up.

Didn't see the new kid but saw another trainee, his supervisor & my
former doctor.  New kid was busy.  Anyway, the trainee was perplexed so
he called in his supervisor & they consulted with former doctor.  Upshot
is, into a short (shin length) boot for another 4 weeks, then back on
the 25th.  May have to rush some stuff thru then and put off other until
we get to GA..................yes, I AM bummed out!

Go for it!  I think they only call a couple from each area for any given
taping.  Gives it more of a states wide representation.  The GI that was
on yesterday & today is in Steve's battalion and an OIF veteran.  I knew
the "Final Jeopardy" question he bombed out on.  Steve said that he was
taped in late April.
