I remember (this has been a few years ago) someone was gating one of the echoes
I moderated and at that time, I moderated about 15 echoes, so that's why I
don't remember. <G>  I was irate - so much so that I contacted Janis (Z1C) and
really got myself whipped into a pretty good lather about it.  Thankfully, she
pulled strings and it got stopped.

I also hope people don't think I'm advertising my BBS - I really don't have to
thanks to word of mouth and the massive traffic (well, 50,000+ hits on my
website since December) my website gets, I get a trickle of steady callers.  In
fact, I was wandering around in a stupor this morning (I do that when I first
wake up), wandered out into the living room to see Mr. Drum downloading his
daily fix of mail.  I have the monitor on all the time, but since BinkleyTerm
"answers" the phone, it blanks the screen completely until someone calls.

Speaking of spam, I also offer real free email off of my domain too if anyone
ever needs it.  It's web-based and has SMTP/POP3 access too.

Oh, quite!  Not sure if you've kept up with my rattling with others in here
about it, but I'm really enjoying myself.  I've made a few loaves already and
have been experimenting.  My last loaf was French bread with pizza cheese in it
and it was delicious.  I'm going to try Dirty Dave's suggestion of using a
packet of mac 'n' cheese powder and Italian seasoning in a loaf of white bread
next.  Sounds very tasty.

As for a recipe, here's one for you that I like: it's the cheesy bread recipe.

Side note: as a moderator m'self, I try not to anger other moderators as a

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Sean's Cheesy French Bread
 Categories: Breadmaker, Breads
      Yield: 1 1.5# loaf

      7 oz Water (7-9 oz)
      1 t  Salt
      1 T  Vegetable/olive oil
      3 c  Bread flour
    1/2 T  Sugar
  1 1/2 t  Active dry yeast
  1 1/2 c  Pizza cheese*

  *=Pizza cheese is a blend of mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese,
  romano cheese and parmesan cheese.

  Measure all ingredients into bread pan.  Select French setting.
  Select crust setting if other than medium.  Press Start/Stop to
  begin.  When display reads 0:00, press Start/Stop to cancel.  Remove
  bread.

  I simply tossed in the cheese right before I put in the flour.  Very
  easy and very tasty.
