I never went thru that; the only move my parents made after they landed
in Margaretville was (diagonally) across the street (country road) from
a rental house to one my dad built. I was only 3 1/2 at the time; my
parents sent me, my little sister and older brother to a neighbor's
house for the day.  Little brother was born a few days later.  But, as
an adult, I've moved enough to know I need to hold out something to keep
me busy.  This time I grabbed some sewing (hand and machine) and
borrowed some books & a sewing machine from church on Sunday.


-> Robert, he was learning to use a fork & spoon but preferred fingers.  By
-> now he will be a pro at utensils--have to have grandpa give him some
-> lessons in using chopsticks.

If Steve gives a lesson, we will try to video it. I may just suggest it

-> Better over all since I went back into the boot; it's not hurting at the

Sort of a sidewinder anyway.  When I saw my pulminologist yesterday, he
was happy with the way the lungs sounded but not happy with the way the
foot is doing and gave me firm orders not to overdo the walking, no if,
ands or buts.

And you'll find it when you least expect to.

-> so Steve suggested our favorite Korean place.  I countered with "How

 hn> Anne's mom will be wanting to take all of us out for a dinner tomorrow
 hn> night (only night all of us can manage to get together) and I expect
 hn> we'll go to our favorite Viet place...I'll have the Panang Curry extra

 hn> one at the table using any spice at all ....sigh....a chilehead in the

 hn> bland (Grin), they don't know what they are missing!!

But at least they are willing to eat that kind of food; neither of our
sets of parents would consider a place like that for a meal.
