Oh I had some of that!  Yes. One of the ones we ate up fairly fast for such
products but I dont have any handy just now.

I used the last of it up in a mix with just enough olive oil to make it easy to
handle, on a rotisserie chicken.  Thinly spread, it was glorious.  The chicken
took on a positive glow of flavor and was one of my better ones.  I must have
forgotten to MM that one.

Another one not MM'ed here, is 'The Miso Chick' (miso and fermented shrimp
paste mixed with a bit of flour and sesame oil) used as a marinade.  It's one
that slipped by the wayside as we adapted to a lower-salt need here.

      Title: Hamburger Buns
 Categories: Breadmaker
      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 tb Yeast
  3 1/4 c  Unbleached white flour
      3 tb Nonfat dry milk
      1 tb Sugar
  1 1/2 ts Sea salt
  1 1/8 c  Water
      2 tb Butter or margarine

  Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature, and place into your
  machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Program for dough and
  press start. When the cycle is completed, remove the dough, punch
  down and let rise in a warm draft free place for 20 mins. (cover with
  a clean towel).
  
  Divide dough in half and cut each half into five equal pieces, form
  into a smooth round ball and place on greased baking sheet about 2
  inches apart, flatten slightly with the palm of your hand. Cover with
  towel and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  
  Bake at 375 degrees on rack in center of oven for 15 to 20 minutes or
  until golden brown.  Remove from oven, separating, if necessary and
  let cool on a wire rack.

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
           1 POUND LOAF
    2/3 c  Water
  1 2/3 c  Bread Flour
    1/3 c  Whole-Wheat Flour
      4 ts Sugar
      1 ts Salt
      4 ts Applesauce
    1/2 ts Crushed green peppercorns
    1/2 ts Dried sweet basil
      1 pn Garlic powder
    1/4 c  Bacon (with fat)
      2 ts Yeast (active dry)
 
  *** Cook bacon till crisp then crumble and add with fat before
  measuring
