Juno just doesn't tell you about it.

Juno Mail - Juno versions earlier than 3.0 do not allow BCC! However 
with Juno 3.0, the BCC feature exists and works just like AOL. There is 
no dedicated BCC field. Instead, place alias/nickname, mailing list 
name, or e-mail address in CC field and surround entire collection in 
parentheses.

Thusly:

# In the To: (or CC:) field, enclose the e-mail address(es) of the 
recipient(s) of the blind carbon copy in parentheses. For example: 
(Member1, Member2)

# You can combine regular recipients and blind carbon copy recipients on 
the same list.

# For example: Member1, (Member2)

# In this example, Member2 will see that the e-mail was addressed to 
AOLMember1, but Member1 will not know that Member2 received a blind 
carbon copy.

# Recipients of blind carbon copies will not see the names of any other 
recipients of blind carbon copies.

# For example: (Member1, Member2, Member3)

# In this example, AOLMember1, AOLMember2, and AOLMember3 will each see 
their name on the e-mail they receive, but not the names of the other 
two recipients.

And dat's de name of dat tune. It's no big deal - and I have never had a 
problem with any of your emails as you are a responsible, caring person.

Quite unlike some of the bozoes who insist on including me on their 
broadcast lists.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Pagach (Ukrainian Potato Pie)
 Categories: Vegetables, Pies, Ukrainian
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
MMMMM---------------------------DOUGH--------------------------------
  2 1/2 c  Flour
      1 c  Warm water
      1 pk Yeast
    1/2 ts Salt

MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
      1 lg Onion peeled and sliced
      1 md Head of cabbage shredded
    1/2 c  Oil
           Salt and pepper
 
  Dissolve yeast in the water. add salt and 2 1/2 cups flour and knead
  smooth and elastic, adding more flour as needed. Place dough on
  countertop, cover with stainless steel bowl. Allow to rise double in
  bulk. Make filling: saute onion in oil until soft. add shredded
  cabbage and salt and pepper and cover and cook until cabbage is tender
  and soft. Drain off any excess oil. Punch down dough and divide into 2
  parts. Roll out dough into an 18 x 12 inch rectangle.Place cooled
  filling on one side of rectangle, leaving a 2 inch margin from the
  edges. Fold the other half of dough over the filling so you have a
  turnover, 9 x 12 inches. Pat the top of the dough down lightly on the
  filling. Carefully pinch edges together. Brush oil over the top of the
  dough and sprinkle with salt or garlic salt. Place on greased baking
  sheet. let rise double. Bake 400 for 30 minutes or golden.
