To give credit where credit is due.... Red Lobster delivers a not a bad
meal for a decent price. It's one of the few chains I've gone to more
than once (although I'd give them a pass if I was on either coast and
not wandering around the heartland.)

On my recent road trip we hit 6 excellent, 4 good and 0 real duds in 10
meals. we had done some research though; none were random picks.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Alba Style Raw Beef with Parmesan and White Truffle
 Categories: Italian, Appetizers, Beef, Cheese, Fungi
      Yield: 4 Servings

    400 g  Beef fillet; cut into very
           -thin slices
      4 tb Extra virgin olive oil
      1    Lemon; Juice of
      4    Celery sticks; thinly sliced
     12    Fresh asparagus tips cooked
           -until just al dente
     85 g  Parmesan; thinly sliced
     45 g  White truffle; cut into thin
           -shavings
    Salt and pepper

  Put the slices of beef between 2 sheets of heavy duty cling film and
  beat gently with a meat mallet or the end of a rolling pin until very
  thin. It should be about 1-2mm thick.

  Spread the meat over 4 large serving plates without letting the slices
  overlap. Season with salt and pepper, then brush with the olive oil
  and lemon juice. Distribute the slices of celery, asparagus tips,
  parmesan and white truffles over the meat and serve with grissini.
