"Lowcountry" cuisine is not terribly spicey to start with. I just recieved a
gift 
of Louis Osteen's "Charleston Cuisine" and there's not a lot of spice mentioned

in the book even! Black pepper and the occaisional "red pepper flakes" seem 
to be the most mentioned!

No need, seeing the hair on a customer's head stand up straight and lose all 
it's color is usually a good enough clue! (grin)

Well they finally pulled off an exciting win last night against Texas, I was 
working and the crowd had dwindled from a high of about 13,200 or so to less 
than 8000 by the top of the 9th, the M's were down 6-4 and it was not 
looking good. But then in the bottom of the 9th things came alive, Ichiro go 
hit and took 1st, Jose Lopez hit a double off the base of the wall and Ichiro 
ended up on third, with Jose on second. Raul Ibanez hit a double off the wall 
and Ichiro and Lopez scored tieing the game with no one out....with Ibanez 
on second Sexton hit a sizzling single that got runners at the corners. Carl 
Everett came up to bat (and everyone groaned as his batting average is 
about 204 at the moment) and SMASHED a line drive that hit the left field 
foul pole about half way up the pole! A walk off three run dinger to end the 
game with the Mariners winning 9-6! Whatta game!!! So when are you coming 
out to see a game?
