Steve is half Italian; I guess you have to be full to like it. (G)  I
guess some folks do like it; the place was pretty busy.  Steve liked the
mango mint iced tea he had but my strawberry lemonade lacked a lot in
both sides of the name.  But, it's off our list of places to go--not
that the list is short; we've lots of places to even begin to check out
yet.

OK, I've been thinking about doing a version of it myself.  Kosher salt
is on my list of "restocks" for the pantry already.

I think the olive oil works better with the herbs.  I guess they wanted
to set themselves apart from places that serve butter with the bread;
trouble is, it's too tempting to eat all the bread then.  It's easier to
limit myself if there's butter. (G)

Thanks, I'll probably twiddle & tweak this a bit but it's a good
starting point.  Now to get a bunch of those herbs--actually, it'll wait
until after we move into housing next week.
