I've been satisfied so far.  I have to jump thru more hoops to get the
care I need vs how I did it in HI but, as long as I can do it, no
problems.  Steve was talking to a doctor yesterday about the foot; this
one said that putting a plate in is very often the only way to go with
the kind of fracture I have.  It should have been done after the CT scan
in May showed the new fracture--but that's 20/20 hindsight now.

Yes, the upstairs is just about all carpeted but mostly wood flooring
downstairs.  I'm trying to talk Steve into letting me get another
vaccuum so I can keep one on each level.  The one I have now is 20 some
years old, built like a tank so it's heavy hauling up & down stairs.  In
HI only the stairs were carpeted; the rest of the flooring was linoleum
so I used a broom more than the vaccuum.

We'll be here thru spring of 09 so that gives you a bit of time to think
about it.

Most likely. (G)  We got in for free in 95 with the government shut down
and ended up helping a German tourist in one of the gift shops.  He was
looking for a book about the canyon in German--much to his surprise, a
couple of German speaking Americans happened to be in the shop as well
and were able to assist him.

But a good teacher can make it look so easy!  Rachel hadn't really
thought too much about teaching until after she finished her AA degree.
Then, the City of Charleston College only had openings in the el ed dept
by the time she applied so she decided to give it a try--and now really
enjoys it.  She had a good student teaching experience, even took over
the class for a week unsupervised (but with the schools OK) when the
teacher she was working under had a house fire.
