Ärende: 2004 picnic photos

some time back, someone, carol bryant, IIRC, posted that they had uploaded
photos from the 2004 picnic for cooking echo participants... well, i viewed the
photos and was going to place them in one of my gallery exhibits but it has
been so long that i do not have the details on them anymore and i can't find
the site that they were first displayed on...

my gallery software can extract EXIF data from the photos when they are taken
with a digital camera that places such data in the photos... one problem that
can arise is that some photo processing software (for example, paintshop pro
v5) can remove EXIF data simply because they do not know it is there when
editing or resizing is done on the photo... the photos i have do not have any
EXIF data in them... so i don't have the exact date and time of the shooting or
any of the camera's settings like shutter speed, aperture, flash, horizontal or
vertical and other such info... i'm also not sure who took the photos and i'd
like to give kudos where kudos are due...

i had mentioned back then that i would do this and i've just come across the
folder where i stored them...

i think that what i'm going to do is to create a "private" gallery so as to
provide those in here with access so that the info can be gathered and put into
the gallery before making it public... that is, if no one has any objections...

all assistance is appreciated...

the way to get there is to go to my site, click on the photo gallery link in
the left hand menu and then log into the gallery with username of "fido" and
password of "gallery" without the quotes...

hopefully we've also taken care of the problems that mLoo and DaleS ran into...
seems that IE6 has some problems with CSS, XML and XHTML processing... not all
versions of IE6 have this problem as mine and others installations work just
fine... in any case, try it and if there are problems, contact me via wkitty42
(at) gmail (dot) com and i'll take a looksee and work it out...

now for a recipe ;)

      Title: Chris Cuomo's 'Italian Stallion' Stuffing
 Categories: Thanksgivin, Meats, Not tested
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
   4.00 lb Pork sausage (either bulk
           Sausage or sweet Italian
           Sausage removed from casing)
   4.00 md Onions; chopped
   4.00 md White potatoes; diced
   1.00 bn Celery; chopped
   2.00 pk Diced carrots
   4.00 md Yams; diced
   2.00 lb Mushrooms; diced
   4.00 md Cortland apples; peeled and
           Diced
   1.00    Dozen Eggs (6-small turkey)
   1.50 lb Chestnuts (optional)
 
  1. Clean and dice all vegetables and remove sausage from casing (if
  you're not using bulk sausage).
  
  2. Pan fry sausage and add diced vegetables. Add pepper to taste _ no
  salt. Add diced apples. Let mixture cool.
  
  3. While cooling, beat together eggs and fold into vegetable mixture.
  Stuff turkey and roast as directed.
