Well, for me they are store stuff, sorry to say.  I do recall a neighbor when I

was a kid who had a huge mango tree (I think it was mango) and once in a blue 
moon, he'd give us one.

Gulp, you were watching!  Thats not fair!  Harumpf.  Oh well, Charlotte forgave

us eventually.

He says by sight and he says the texture when he cuts it tells him how long to 
cook it (by feel).  He says 2-3 mins generally.  Color goes from white to light

yellow gold.  Tentacles take longer (3-4 mins) and you rotate them as they cook

with a wood spoon?
