No Kiddin! We did have Manny the Moose for a while in this echo...and the 
Boomerang before that....but nothing since. I'm not really sure whether 
Anne's class is going to do Flat Stanley this year or not...I'll have to ask!
Right now I'm totally enjoying having Amanda home for a short visit! She 
made a reall "haul" in Christmas gifts (heck it's the only time we get to spoil

her anymore (grin)). Yesterday I sent Anne and Amanda out to do some "girly 
shopping" as Amanda has virtually worn out all of her clothes and was in 
desperate need of something actually wearable. They came back really happy 
as they had found undies and jeans that Amanda likes (not a usual 
occurance, she hates to shop almost as much as me), then I took Amanda 
out and bought her some neopreme chest waders for doing her research work 
out on the mudflats and we found the "perfect" pair on sale for $70 (normally 
$170!!!) Today she's having one of her good friends from High School over 
and they are going to watch movies and giggle a lot (grin) so I'm planning on 
making a fun "buffet" for them (and us I suppose) to enjoy throughout the 
day. It's a lot of fun having her around for a bit!
