No, but it's okay on occasion.  I rarely eat red meat anymore; we eat
much more turkey burger.  It tends to take spices quite well, so that's
something I enjoy.

Thanks-it's doing better.  The (jaw)bone is a little irritated at me
this morning, but I think I'll stash the narcotics away in case I need
them for my wrist and switch to ibuprofen.  I'm not supposed to take
ibuprofen due to my health, but it's the one thing that works for me on
my teeth after the inital shock/pain of the procedure is done.

He's gung-ho.  However, it was what he couldn't see; that tooth had a
long, thin root that was in a "J" shape; he got out all he could.  It
broke at an odd place and he warned me that there is a tiny bit of bone
that is in there that will eventually work its way out, but that doesn't
bother me.

Well, even if I wanted to, can't because of my gemfibrozil that works on
the liver (anti-lipid).  The bottle says in large black letters, "DO NOT
DRINK ALCOHOL WHILE TAKING THIS MEDICATION".  I think it best for me to
follow that advice!  However, a little Southern Comfort was always a
favorite nightcap of mine in the military.

On an unrelated side note, I am trying to fix/figure out why after you
upload a QWK packet you're taken immediately to the main menu and not
the menu you came from.  I think it's a quirk in Ezycom, but I'm going
to try to get the author to take a deeper look into it.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Veal Scallopini
 Categories: Italian, Microwave, Veal, Mushrooms, Nuts
      Yield: 4 Servings

      1 lb Veal steak, cut 1/4" thick
    2/3 ts Salt
    2/3 ts Paprika
    1/3 c  Vegetable oil
      3 tb Lemon juice
      1    Clove garlic,
           -peeled and crushed
    2/3 ts Prepared mustard
    1/8 ts Nutmeg
    1/2 ts Sugar
      3 tb Flour
      1 sm Onion, sliced
      1    Green pepper,
           -cut in thin strips
      1 c  Chicken bouillon
           Vegetable oil
    1/4 c  Thin sliced fresh mushrooms

  1. Cut veal into serving pieces. 2. Combine salt, paprika, oil, lemon
  juice, garlic, mustard, nut- meg and sugar in a shallow bowl. Stir to
  combine. 3. Dip each piece of veal into sauce and then coat well with
  flour. Reserve any remaining sauce. Brown veal in a small amount of
  oil in a 10-inch, heat-resistant, non-metallic skillet, on top of a
  conventional surface unit. 4. Drain excess fat. 5. Add onion and
  green pepper to veal. 6. Combine chicken bouillon with remaining
  sauce and Pour over veal, pepper and onions. 7. Heat, covered, in
  Microwave Oven 12 minutes. 8. Add mushrooms to veal mixture. Stir and
  spoon sauce over veal. 9. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven an
  additional 2 minutes.
