I had thought of hitching a ride on that, when a couple of dozen rich
others charter it.  Alternatively, tell our friends about the bus. (Or
is bus travel below the dignity of people from South?)  I'm tempted.

What a job!  How much do you have to pay the employer to get a job like
that.

Thanks for relaying that account of the training experience.  When are

      Title: MUSSELS IN MEXICAN BEER
 Categories: Mains, Seafood, Mexican, America-c, 30-min
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      2 tb EVOO
      4    Garlic cloves; crushed
      1 sm Onions; chopped
      1    Chillies- jalapenos; chop
      2 pn Salt
     24    Fish- mussels; scrub
    1/2 c  Wine- Mexican beer
     15 oz Tomatoes; canned/dice/drain
      2 tb Parsley- flat-leaf; OR
      2 tb ; cilantro, chopped
 
  In a deep frypan with a cover, preheated over high heat, add EVOO,
  garlic, Onion & jalapeno. Season with salt. Saute 2 minutes. Arrange
  mussels in the p an. Pour in beer & tomatoes & shake the pan to
  combine. Cover & cook 3 to 5 minutes, or till mussels open. Remove
  from the heat & spoon sauce down into the shells. Garnish with
  parsley or coriander. Serve immediately from the pan.
  
  Serve with CHORIZO & PRAWN QUESADILLAS, with SMOKY GUACAMOLE.
