True.  We've not seen many foxes or coyote around here, but the fox
we've seen on a couple occasions is definitely red during daylight.

Did not look like the wolf we saw in Denali few weeks back, but if that
is the case maybe the deer population will get under control better?

Good point.  I know that when I have a meeting in Virginia, I refuse to
be on the DC Beltway before 8:30 am or after 3:30 pm.  All meetings have
to conform to that schedule or I don't go.

Good information for her.   Decades ago, we used 301 to come back to
Columbia from Kings Dominion because of expected heavy traffic on I95
(plus construction there at the time).  It was not bad, but I have not
driven it for 20-30 years.

Why do I suspect that you might take out the baby corn from this recipe
and substitute an equal amount of Thai peppers instead:-}}

      Title: Szechwan Beef Stir-Fry
 Categories: Beef, Stirfry, Oriental
      Yield: 1 servings
 
      1 lb Beef flank steak
      2 T  Reduced-sodium soy sauce
      4 t  . Oriental dark roasted
           -sesame oil, divided
  1 1/2 t  Sugar
      1 t  Cornstarch
      2    Cloves garlic, crushed
      1 T  . fresh ginger, minced
    1/4 t  Red pepper pods, crushed
      1 sm Red bell pepper, cut into 1
           -inch pieces
      1 pk (8 oz's.) frozen baby corn,
           -defrosted
    1/4 lb pea pods, julienne s
 
  Cut beef steak lengthwise into two strips; slice across the grain into
  1/8-inch thick strips. Combine soy sauce, 2 teaspoons oil, sugar and
  cornstarch; stir into strips. Heat remaining 2 teaspoons oil in large
  skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger and pepper pods;
  cook 30 seconds. Add bell pepper and corn; stir-fry 1 1/2 minutes. Add
  pea pods; stir-fry 30 seconds. Remove vegetables. Stir-fry beef strips
  1/2 at a time) 2-3 minutes. Return vegetables and beef to skillet and
  heat through. Makes 4 servings.
  
  SERVING SUGGESTION: Hot cooked rice.
