I don't do anything with them.. intentionally (grin).  One more thing to cook
down for not such great flavor (g).  But the trees look absolutely beautiful
when they are in full bloom :)

Understand.. and it makes sense.  Unless you visited health-food stores even
way back then, you wouldn't find it most likely.. We had a cultish-type group
that lived in Warwick that was part of the Gurdgief/Nyland movement here in the
USA and they opened up several health-food type stores in the village of
Warwick. Crazy people, mostly, but some nice stores (grin).  This would have
been about 1967-68.. Pretty much all of them left town when Nyland died
though.. I guess they didn't feel that attached to Gurdgief's philosophy.. or
money ran out when Nyland wasn't supporting them any longer (that's what I
think (g)).

Yes, I'm sure it can be for some doctors.. but that's why I go to NYC. The
3-hour drive is worth it, to have someone who can look at you and tell exactly
what's going on just by how you walk or talk.  That's been my experience at
least..

Sure, when you've been moved to another culture, it would be strange not to
cook with what's 'around' (g).. that what I thought when we moved to
Louisville.  I still made some Italian food, but I made more pulled pork, and
burgoo,etc. since that's what was around :) It was a cool place to be really..
a touch of the North there, and a good solid southern cooking tradition as
well. Plus being not 'huge' city ..

Well, your opinions will be funny, that's for sure :)  Between this miserable
"no-spring" spring, and then that drug I was taking, my garden really took a
hit.  But there's some stuff doing quite well.. Lovely asparagus fern Lol..
