That's good, I was concerned about it.

Yeah, that's what I'd heard.. that bugged me.. a decent bed can make all the
difference in lodgings, at least for me.

There is that :(  You'd think these Motels and Hotels would do their best to
keep the business coming ... especially these days.

===Vegan Chicken  and  Beef Bouillon===

I also use these when I run out of regular bouillion cubes for non-vegetarian
cooking.  Nutritional Yeast is available at Heath food stores.  It is NOT the
same as Bread Yeast or Brewers' Yeast :)

===Vegan Chicken Boullion mix===

Makes about 1 1/2 cups

1 1/4  cups nutritional yeast flakes 3 Tablespoons onion powder
2 1/2 Tablespoons sea salt
3 teaspoons garlic  powder
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon tumeric

Put in a blender until well ground, or grind with mortar and pestle. Store in
an airtight container.  Use 1-2 Tablespoons per cup of water.


===Vegan Beef Bouillon===

Makes a little over one cup good strong bouillion

   1 cup water
   1 Tablespoon garlic powder
   1 teaspoon salt
   1 Tablespoon soybean (not soybean and rice) miso paste
   2-4 Tablespoons black soy sauce (this is darker than "dark soy sauce")
   1/4 teaspoon sage
   2 Tablespoons molasses

Mix the miso paste with a little water to dissolve, then add the other
ingredients.  Mix well.  This one isn't diluted so make as much as you need.
