We don't do the meal plans either, rather I follow 
the general guidlines and make our meals fit the
profile. Last night was a mishmash...we got home
late and I needed to whip something up fairly quick
because we had to run out again to a meeting. Had
an eggplant (cut it into 1 inch dice) some mushrooms
(quick slicey dicey on them), and a green bell pepper
(choppy dicey on that one too). Tossed em all in a 
saute pan, Whacked up about 6 roma tomatoes and 
tossed them in too...basil, oregano, majoram, onion,
and thyme for seasoning...took to already cooked 
chicken breasts and cubed em up and tossed them
in and voila! let it cook down for about 10 minutes 
and we ate. Little grated parmesan on top and yum!

I like em all just fine, Used to go halibut fishing once a year
and tuna fishing once a year as well...kept the freezer well
stocked...but no one to share it with.
