At the moment, I have only one person using it -- but have had a few
others in times past.   I use it now when I travel.  Once set up, it is
easy to turn on or off for any user, new or old.

Fortunately, we have not had any serious problems here for quite some
time.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Couscous with Raisins
 Categories: Fruit, Harned 1994, Grains, Side dish
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/4 c  Raisins
      2 tb Butter
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
  1 1/2 c  ;Boiling water
      2 ts Lemon juice
    1/4 ts Ground cumin
      1 c  Quick-cooking couscous
           Salt to taste
 
  Put the raisins in a small bowl and cover with lukewarm water.  Soak
  for about 20 minutes.  Drain.
  
  Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and add the onion.  Cook
  and stir until onion is wilted but not brown.  Add the boiling water,
  raisins, lemon juice and cumin.  Bring to a boil, remove from the
  heat and add the couscous.  Add salt.
  
  Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.  Uncover and fluff couscous with a
  fork.
