I generally ask for a baked potato, butter only.  But, we've probably
bought about 5 pounds (maybe a bit more) of potatoes in the last 3
years.  We like to make a packet of red potatoes, onions, bell pepper
and garlic, drizzed with olive oil & salt & pepper for the grill.  Wrap
it in a double layer of heavy duty foil, grill about 30 minutes, turning
once. That's probably how we've eaten most of the potatoes we buy for
home cooking in the last few years.
