I've never tasted it - though would if offered. There are
these naughty stories about catching food thieves with
decoy brownies made with chocolate-flavored Ex-Lax. When
I heard these, I thought: 1. stealing food is naughty;
2. what about the poor thief, how funny is that; 3. h'm,
I wonder what they tasted like.

I've since found mention of a place that served this dish -
Luchow's, long gone but once a main feature of the New York
dining scene.

You have whole-grain pancakes? Ick. For me, all such breakfast
foods have an extremely laxative effect, and the fruit would
help that along as well. And if you used artificially sweetened
surple, the maltitol and sorbitol would contribute. Undercooked
bacon (yum) would put it over the top. Anyhow, isn't fiber
supposed to help in and of itself?

As many must be - not necessarily directly, but through
school, country club, and other ties.

But, unfortunately, it is a long while before Gaia wins out, and
a lot of trouble can take place in the interim. If you take the
long view all the time, it's, like, oh, injustice is fine, murder
is fine, pain is fine, we're all going to kick it sooner or later
and it won't make any difference, the orb will orbit until it
falls into the sun. One of the great things about humanity is that
it can see the small picture as well as the big picture. What is
religion or ethics but an attempt to integrate the two?

Here's a weird attempt at ethical eating - I chose it because 925
(United) flies (or used to) from Los Angeles to Washington to
London. Ofttimes, when a recipe I put in has nothing to do with
the message, if you look at the number and apply it to a Delta, US
Air, or United flight, you will get city names that correspond to
that number. Kind of obscure, but one has to stay amused. The
920-series flights on United all go to the British Isles.

4 Pieces of Kale
h - "Nacho Cheese" Pine Nut Sauce
2 c Pine nuts
1 Tb Turmeric
2 Tb Hawaiian white miso
Sea Salt
1/2 Lemon (optional)
1/4 c Water
h - garnish
Diced tomatoes
Sliced olives
Small pineapple chunks

Growing up in Los Angeles, living in the Mission in San
Francisco and traveling to beautiful Mexico made me truly
appreciate great Mexican food and culture!

This inspired me to create an entire RAW Mexican Menu and
now there is the healthiest Raw Organic Mexican Menu! This
particular recipe is very versatile because you can use
this "Nacho Cheese" Pine Nut Sauce in unlimited ways. It
has no corn but it tastes like it does and is even creamier
while also having that nacho cheese flavor too. Everyone
has been raving about this new never before seen recipe and
I get huge requests for it.

In a Blend-Tec Blender add water first, then the pine nuts,
turmeric, miso, sea salt, a few drops of lemon (optional);
blend 2-3 min for a chunkier consistency and longer for a
smoother finer blend. Fill the kale pieces with this sauce.
Add chunks of tomatoes, pineapple, and olives. and you have
an instant Fiesta. Ole! The Kale looks like corn husks and
the sauce is the Tamale. You can also add some guacamole
and salsa on the side.
