Oh, that will work. But, you haven't seen my stuffed like McGhee's Closet

Besides, as long as I only make onle loaf at a time I get along just fine.

That's what the on-off switch is for.

Well, I AM 6' 1" tall and ceilings (and upper cabinets) are lower in a mobile
home than in conventional stick-built housing. That makes a difference. I have
a Cosco stool with flip out steps which I need to use to get into the backs of
the upper shelves of my cabinets.

      Title: Chipotle Beef Taco Salad
 Categories: Chilies, Beef, Salads
      Yield: 4 servings
 
MMMMM-----------------------CHIPOTLE BEEF----------------------------
      2 ts Vegetable oil
      1 c  Chopped onion; small dice
      1 lb Lean ground beef
      2    Chipotle peppers in adobo
           - sauce; fine minced
    1/2 ts Oregano leaves
    1/2 ts Cumin
    3/4 ts Kosher salt
    1/2 ts Garlic salt

      4 c  Thick-cut tortilla chips
      2    Hearts of romaine; in thin
           - ribbons
      1 c  Drained, rinsed, canned
           - black beans
      2    Ripe tomatoes; diced
      1    Firm-ripe avocado; diced
      1 c  Tomato salsa
    1/2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
           Sour cream to serve
 
  This is not on the light end of the salad spectrum, but you
  can bring down the calorie and fat count by using ground
  turkey instead of beef. Reduce the sodium level by cutting
  down on the salt, of course, or buy fresh salsa instead of
  the jarred kind used for the nutritional analysis.
  
  For the chipotle beef: Heat the vegetable oil in a large
  nonstick skillet. Add the onion and saute until translucent,
  about 5 minutes.
  
  Meanwhile, place the meat in a medium bowl and sprinkle the
  chipotle, spices and salts over the top. Using your bare
  hands, gently combine the meat and spices. When the onions
  are ready, add the meat and fry until browned and cooked
  through, about 8 minutes, stirring often. If the meat is
  really greasy, drain out all but about 1-2 teaspoons of
  the fat.
  
  For the salad: As the meat browns, place the chips in the
  bottom of a large bowl. Top with the lettuce, beans, tomatoes,
  avocado and salsa, then top it all with the cheese. When the
  meat is ready, place it on top and immediately bring it to the
  table and toss while still hot, then divide the salad among 4
  plates. Serve with the sour cream and extra chips on the side.
  
  Serves 4
  
  Note: Canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce are available
  in the international food section of most supermarkets.
