I've known my share of Traffic controllers
over the years, they do multi task very well!
(thank goodness for that!!!)

Makes sense, if no one goes wandering off you just put 
them on the course and you know where they'll be for

I made a point of avoiding it as much as
possible! No desire to spend half the night
inching along amongst the herd of idiots who
can't seem to get out of their own way.

Do you know how hard it is to find 
fatty red roast pork these days????

Other than that, as you say it's been
seen (and enjoyed) in thousands of 
Chinese restaurants world wide!
