Ärende: pie time

Hi Ruth,

We never did go to any fast food chains.  I think the only chain we went
to was the Western Sizzlin' Steak House for our last meal together
before I left.

At that point, I wan't going to say "no".

The main nut my mom used in baking was walnuts.  We had peanuts in the
house from time to time, as well as sometimes cans of mixed nuts.  My
favorites eating out of hand are cashews and macadamias; peanuts are OK
& pecans are best in pie.   Other are take or leave and I'm not thrilled
with nuts in most foods.

-> We do it in limited quantity, picking and chosing what we want to use
-> the lactose pills.  That's why we use soy milk.  Most of the time I've
-> no lactose problems but I try not to go overboard on it.

 RH> I drink soy milk sometimes too.  If it shows up cheap, I'll even drink

Steve makes his own soy milk so it's relativly inexpensive.  We usually
buy Silk chocolate soy for me because the home made soy tastes too
"beany" for me.

That's why they're sweet; the acid is reduced signifigantly.

That would be a fun one to go to--and get lots of stuff.
