If you use loin fat, you can make thin sheets, as the fat is
firm and almost has a "grain" to it. If you use leg fat, you'd
just cut smaller pieces and overlap them to make a de facto sheet.

In any case, you can make a thin sheet out of just about any
solid fat by putting it in the freezer for a while first.

P.S. When I use the term "you," I am not speaking specifically
to you, as you are an Eat, not a Cook.

The street access to this parking lot is excellent, as there is
a sufficiently wide opening, fairly well delineated. Turning into
the lot is quite easy. The pavement is in good order. The spaces
themselves could be wider, and there may be some difficulty for
inexperienced motorists to align their vehicles within the lines.
Backing out of the spaces was not a serious issue. As for the lines
themselves, they could use a repainting. Egress from the lot is good.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

      Title: Sort of African Chicken Stew
 Categories: Soups-stews, Chicken
      Yield: 6 Servings

      2    To 3 tablespoons peanut oil
           -or light olive oil
      8    Boneless chicken thighs *
      2    To 3 large cloves of garlic,
           -crushed
      1 lg Onion, chopped
      3 md Size potatoes, peeled and
           -diced
      1    (19 ounce) can garbanzo
           -beans, drained and rinsed
    3/4 c  Peanut butter
      1 c  Chicken broth (you can use
           -water)
      1 ts Ground cumin
      1 ts Ground coriander
      1 ts Ground black pepper
      1 ts Red pepper flakes
      1 ts Salt

  * you can use any part of the chicken, just make sure there are no bones

  1 In a large high-sided skillet with tight-fitting lid, heat oil over
  medium high. Add chicken and brown quickly. Remove from pan and reduce heat
  to medium low. Add garlic, onion and potato and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
  Add cumin, coriander, black pepper, red pepper and salt, stirring to
  combine (do not let garlic brown). 2 Add water or broth and browned
  chicken, and any accumulated juices. Place lid on skillet and let simmer,
  stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes. 3 Remove lid and add the
  peanut butter and garbanzo beans, stirring well to break up the peanut
  butter. Replace lid to simmer for 10 more minutes or until chicken is
  cooked through and potatoes are tender. Remove from heat, correct
  seasoning, and serve! Makes 4 to 6 servings
