Lobsters have a very interesting anatomy!

My point exactly...why is it so awful to have 
a "sport" fishery as well as a commercial one. 
I don't need 500 traps and such..I don't want
to sell my catch, and I only want maybe one
a month or so!

Sigh....she USED to eat seafood...not much
but some at least...she liked lobsters...

Oh yes they do, and I make em that way often!

I would agree, both for the price of the Sauternes, and
the sweetness of same! I don't know if I've ever had it
with truffles though....I like lobster newburg...just a bit
of salt and lots of pepper!
