(shaking head)  She had a lot of nerve...  :(   I'm sure you did a great
job at a well-deserved dressing down, I think I can just about imagine
it, even... ;)  Nothing like some truly righteous indignation to fuel
it, too.

I really can't blame you...  She was self-centered, and overly quick to
let loose inappropriate invective... and it only made it worse that the
one to whom she directed it was someone on an errand of mercy, in what
was an urgent situation...   I Hope that her Chief has appropriate
discipline for her.

At Wegmans, the carts just sit there, plugged in, at or close to the
inner entrance to the store.  All one has to do is unplug it and turn it
on, and off you go... honor system, both as to need, and to remember to
plug it back in when you get done.  They have a fairly good-sized basket
on them, but not as big as one of the large push carts.

Upholding the honor of the uniform, eh?  A wounded sailor wouldn't be in
uniform, then?  :)  I can really relate to the "5-6 rows to go"
syndrome... that was when I'd usually rue my decision to just use the
push cart over the electric... ;/  Too close to done to change now, but
still a ways to get through.

Yeah, me too...  By then, the thought of having to walk much further at
all is exceedingly daunting...
