And did it also have adverse effects (or were they desired?)?  I've seen
bunches of dandelion greens at Wegmans, on occasion... don't remember
for how much, but obviously more pricey than picking from one's yard.

Interesting.  At RIT, it was usually the other way... at least among the
ones I knew well.  The one that kept strictest Kosher was an EE major,
who ended up working at Kodak as an engineer.  I had a friend in HS
whose family kept strict Kosher, but I don't know what he ended up
doing, either as career or observance.

Certainly less wasteful.  :)  And tongue, liver and other oft-avoided
parts do indeed taste good.

And adrenaline (temporarily) fixes quite a few ails to enable fight or
flight... One could, of course, use the cane as a defense... :)

Glad you are getting better in general... and that the mishap didn't
undo it all.  The cane might not have prevented that fall, either.
