I've heard mixed things about the well training of these doctors.
I'd go to Thailand for medical care before I went to Cuba.

Where there's a CIA (or equivalent), there's a way.

The sad thing is that the Ms (Robt. Mugabe, Mobutu Sese Seko) were
at one time thought to be the vanguard of progressive leadership
in Africa. But as with all leadership in Africa, they were a big
disappointment. I'm not sure there's been a good one since Patrice
Lumumba, and he went Communist and got killed.

I flew in and out of Terminal 3 in January. The good thing about
it is that there's no SATS Lounge, so I get to use the Silver Kris.
The other good thing is that there are good sleeping facilities in
the corridors. The other other good thing is the free wired Internet.

Personal question. Maybe my digestion is going kaflooey, but
lately durian has been repeating on me worse than it did in
the days of my relative youth. Have you encountered such a
problem, which manifests itself by swamp gas exploding from
both upside and downside?

I'd have thought that, as with the kiwano melon and the Buddha
hand fruit that has been recently discussed here, dragonfruit
would be a one-off, so that when the curiosity factor was
sufficiently satisfied among the buying public, they'd be found
no more, as they taste rather like a giant water chestnut with
some elusive floral/fruity aspect.

Durian Drink
cat: beverage
yield: 1

Easy. Peel durian meat into a blender. Blend it for a short while.
Pour the durian puree into a glass of condensed milk - amount
of condensed milk according to taste. Stir it up and chill it or
add ice to drink. If preferred, add syrup manis [sweet syrup - DOL]
or rose syrup to taste and for appearance.

Enjoy it?  But don't keep the drink too long or overnight.
