Very.  I froze some in baggies to take to lunch with me.  I just like how
it's creamy and slightly spicy yet not too much of any one thing going on in
there.

I'm also contemplating the crockpot just now, except i also have an overage
of pasta (dried) and was thinking of that too.  I never got around to canning
those tomatoes so have a big bag of them frozen (suitable still to make sauce
of).  Humm.  Enough for one big pot there.

I was right.  No need to blanch and skin them before freezing but next time
will chop the core out first.  On defrost in hot tap water the skins came
right off.  I added a can of pastenes crushed tomatoes as the momma crock is
pretty big (as those who saw her at the picnic know).  I also minced up about
10 cloves of garlic then put in about 1 cup brine (olive jar).

Later i will spice and pull some over for a spagetti sauce sort of thing.
Rest will make a wonderful stewed tomato base for a veggie soup I think, full
with pasta and whatever else comes to mind.  Might make a gumbo too.  No
other salt will be added past the brine so it should be ok per serving for
Don.

Havent gotten'em yet but i did find some nice ones for 4.99$ on Amazon for
her and got one pair of olive green jeans.

I love to rummage sale too ;-)
