Many NSAID's are particularly tough on the 
internal pipework..even asprin is.  I almost lost 
Anne earlier this year to precisely that problem!
Now she no longer can take asprin, or Ibuprofen
at all. Once we got her to the hospital and off
the anti-inflammatories, she healed up fairly fast,
but it was touch and go till we got her to the 
hospital where they could start pumpins some
back in before she ran dry!

Pretty much, although the "Queen Anne" group also
sought out the higher end stuff as well as the normal
"thriftway" group's offerings. None of the other
thriftways ever had live Maine lobbies, or caviar, or 
french bread flown in from France, or any of dozens
of choices that the Queen Anne folks went for. And
when you're the only guy in town doing it, you can 
recover the costs a little easier since there's no 
competition doing exactly what you are.
