The coolest pellet stove set-up I've ever come across was in a
bungalow with a basement where the original oil furnace was in the
middle of the basement. The guy set up the pellet stove in the
family room right up against the furnace room wall and cut a huge
hole in that wall. Then he set the furnace fan to run 24/7 and it
circulated the hot air throughout the ductwork. The furnace which
had the thermostat located upstairs in the living room only came on
if the pellet stove ran out of pellets and the corkscrew feeder was
set too slow. He went from 3 tanks of oil a year to under 1/4 of a
tank!

 DS> my heating system that would operate a boiler and the baseboard

My city is going to install a huge pellet boiler at the swimming
pool and a giant silo that will only need to be filled once a year.
They can then special order their pellets by the tractor trailer
load direct from a pulp and paper mill in Alberta.
              
MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Oven Roasted Chinese Five-Spice Ribs
 Categories: Pork, Ribs
      Yield: 3 Servings
 
  1 1/2 c  Apricot nectar
      3 tb Cider vinegar
      2 tb Packed brown sugar
      2 tb Cornstarch
      1 tb Tomato paste
      1 ts Soy sauce
      1 ts Grated fresh gingerroot
      1    Clove garlic, minced
    1/2 ts Five-spice powder
    1/8 ts Cayenne
  1 1/2 lb Russet potatoes cut into
      1    Inch chunks
      2 lb Trimmed bone-in pork loin
           Back ribs, cut; into
      3    Rib Pieces
 
  Heat oven to 350. Spray roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  Set aside. In 2-quart saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Cook
  over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or until sauce is thickened
  and translucent, stirring constantly. Reserve 1/2 cup sauce. Set
  remaining sauce aside. Cut two 20 x 12-inch pieces of foil. Place
  one piece on top of second. place potatoes on foil. Pour 1/2 cup
  of remaining sauce over potatoes, stirring gently to coat. Fold
  opposite sides foil together in locked folds. Fold and crimp ends.
  Set aside. Arrange ribs on prepared rack in roasting pan. Place
  pan on lower rack. Bake for 45 minutes. Brush both sides of ribs
  with some of remaining sauce. Bake for additional 45 minutes,
  brushing with remaining sauce every 15 minutes. Transfer ribs to
  serving platter Cover to keep warm. Set aside. Open potato packet
  and spread potatoes into single layer. Place under broiler with
  surface of potatoes 5 to 6 inches from heat. Broil 4 to 6 minutes,
  or until potatoes are lightly browned. Serve ribs and potatoes
  with 1/2 cup reserved sauce.
