That's what I thought... and sometimes I do save the fat... Not doing
much scratch cooking, I don't often need fat (don't even use much butter
any more).

We usually eat it by itself.  This time I just got creative... (G)  Also
like it with butter and brown sugar, or butter alone, or maple syrup..

True.  My son is finding it so at the present.  He decided he'd had it
with the world of construction, where he had had his own business as an
architect... At present, he's waiting tables at an upscale place here,
has another part-time job doing tech support and just picked up a couple
of shifts bartending at a local upscale Japanese restaurant.  Of course,
he's still fairly young, and can physically handle the challenge.  :)
