Thanks for clearing that up. I, of course, had picked up the mooky end of the

Well, the idea of hostile fire is to disrupt the areochine so that it is
unflyable. And there is a limit to the armor an airplane can carry and remain
flyable .... But, by and large, the designers take those factors in
consideration and do what they can to ensure that the aircraft they send out
can perform the mission and return to base.

I generally only get the elevated temperature and/or sleepies if I am carb
loaded to the max ... which is one of the reasons I left off the mash and gravy
at lunch some time ago - so I could make it through the afternoon without
nodding off. Which is not a good practice (nodding off) when one drives a
delivery truck for a living.

      Title: Walnut Mashed Potatoes W/Crispy Prosciutto & Arugula
 Categories: Potatoes, Pork, Nuts
      Yield: 4 servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Yukon gold potatoes
      3 tb Butter
    1/4 c  Fine ground walnuts
      4 tb Walnut oil
           Kosher salt & ground pepper
     12    Thin slices prosciutto
      2 c  Baby arugula
 
  The richness of the walnuts, both the nuts and the oil,
  combine with the butter flavor of the potatoes to make a
  new taste for an old favorite in this recipe by Georgeanne
  Brennan. Spinach leaves make a good substitution for the
  arugula.
  
  Cut each potato into 3 or 4 pieces; cook potatoes in boiling
  salted water until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Drain,
  then return them to the hot pan. Add the butter, ground
  walnuts and walnut oil and season with salt and pepper
  as desired.
  
  Place a frying pan over medium-high heat. When the pan is
  hot, add the prosciutto and cook as you would bacon, but
  just long enough to slightly crisp it, about 1 minute.
  
  Put a few of the arugula leaves on each of 4 plates, then
  top with the mashed potatoes and 3 pieces of prosciutto.
  Arrange the remaining arugula around the edges.
  
  Serve immediately.
