I don't know if it's been around THAT long (just kidding Jim!, she made me say

That's what I came to think.. I know I don't use any pesticides, bug killers or
whatnot, or additives in my garden. Just lots of peatmoss <grin>..Geez, I
hardly water my garden sometimes (grin).  But that's just out of having days
when "things don't work", and I know you know what I mean :)

Understand.. haven't looked at the price of dog food at the health food store
yet.. I know what IAMs cost though...  The problem is, if Priscilla doesn't
lose some major weight soon, she WON'T fit through the dog door which is
already for "larger Dogs" and built into our screendoor.. OUCH :)  So I'm just
thinking about it.. For us, though, the price of organic vegetables is probably
not much more (or the same) than we'd have to pay at Wegman's in their
"organic" section.. It might even be cheaper, because we get really good
discounts at the health food store if we buy 'a lot' of stuff.. this week we
got a Christmas 15% discount on anything we bought with a coupon they mailed
us.. that was really cool because for some things we could really stock up...
normally we get $5.00 off every purchase (that's not so great, but it's better
than nothing at Wegman's).

Boy do I understand that one.. Tina is also (or was) on diet food, which also
did nothing for her.. so she stopped eating it anyway.. what a waste.. tried
another one, and she's still being finicky haha.. that's a cat alright :)

Yeah unless you do something dumb like we did the first couple of times Lol

We used my Oscar grinder for the first batch and it worked ok.. no problems..
then my blender died from me dropping in the sink (well, the jar died, not the
blender - darn hands) and jar would cost so much to replace, I bought a new
whole blender that came with a mini-foodprocessor... So Ron and I had this huge
bag of peanuts we decided would be a great test for it.. and it came out great
:)  Then came time to wash the thing, and Ron took it over to the sink and
tried to clean it.. he made a nobel try but, darn it was oily and messy haha..
so I told him, probably needs to soak in a bowl of soapy water.. that will do
it."... so he did.. next batch several days later let us know we'd killed the
food processor attachement hahaha.. so THEN we looked at the manual and of
course it said, "DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER" oops LOL  We must have really soaked
it :)

Yeah, I think that was it ... certainly noticible difference in the cookies,
that's for sure.
