Hi Ruth!

Hard Day's Night was in about 1964 or so, I think.. these were a bit before
that .. probably 1959 or 1960.. my sister loved horrifying movies haha..but
she'd make ME go with her since obviously she didn't want to go alone (g).
These were Saturday afternoon Matinees..

That's neat :)

That's good.

Yes, I smoke now, about 1/2 pack a day.. I keep it to one room or outside and I
try to not smoke more than smoke :) In other words, if we're going out
somewhere, I don't take them with me.

These are weird drugs the doc puts me on for spastic muscles.. I take them on
and off because they drive me nuts.. this particular one turns your legs to
mush for the first 3-4 weeks you're on it, and makes you brain-dead. But
eventually you can walk better.. And hair loss is lovely.. (g). Bah..
sometimes I rebel, and toss the pills and take two or three anacin and that
works as well as going through all the grief of those pills :)

>> That's great :) Not that it's one of the big things in life (g).. but

Yep :)

Hehe :) I love pot luck suppers.. we used to do them a lot at the church in
Warwick where I grew up.. :)

Sounds perfect.. I have some chinese cookbooks, and the recipes are fantastic
and very authentic. The author talks about making chicken broth out of the
whole bird though... I've always done it like you do, with the carcas :) I know
it must be much better to do it with the whole bird though since when I make
Kentucky Burgoo, I use a whole bird.. and wow, is it good so maybe I'll try it
one of these days :)

Take care,
Janis
