I'm not so fussy about that as you,
as long as it's not TVP, and is real meat
you can crisp it up and I'll still like it.

On a scale of one to ten, white castle 
would come in at a three maybe, most
ordinarly fast food burgers would hit
a 6, and fancy burgers maybe 7 and 
my own homemade ones hit a decent
9......a ten I have never found, but 
I'm always willing to look for it!(Grin)
