Well, you never know til you try it (g).. here's an idea.. cook the pie as
directed on the package.. when it's done, get 1/4-1/2 cup beef broth and stir
it in.. add a little at a time to see how it mixes in (g).. that way you're not
dumping the whole 1/2 cup in there and ending up with runny pot-pie (g).

Looks good to me :)  maybe add "flute the top crust" after you have unfold the
2nd piece of dough dough over the top, cause I did forget that (g). I'll stick
it in below:

> 2      C  All purpose flour
> 1      ts Salt
> 1/4    C  Water
> 2/3 C  Shortening
> 1  1/2 C  Cooked carrots
> 1      C  Peas
> Left over gravy & pot roast

> Mix the flour and salt.  Reserve 1/3 cup of it.

> Stir 1/4 cup water into the reserved flour/salt.  Cut the shortening into
> the rest of the flour, then stir in the flour/water paste.

> Gather into a ball with your hands or with a spoon and divide into 2 balls.
> Roll out one ball of dough to fit into the bottom of the pie plate.

> Meanwhile, heat up left-over gravy and pot roast.  Add the cooked carrots
