One can hope.  :)   In my sister's case, she is blessed with a husband
and (now adult) kids, who do what they can.  And I am blessed by her
living far enough away that I don't often have to.  ;)

OK, though I'd think they are about the same difficulty to pronounce, or
am I missing something about the pronouncing of the Chinese?  It also
occurs to me that I may have heard the name first from CT's Filipino
wife, who might have had more Japanese contact...
