I know.. I really can't understand her at all.. well, I do somewhat.. she's a
selfish b.... (g).

When Dad got cancer, he and Mom sold their beautiful house in Warwick NY (a 15
room colonial, it was fantastic to grow up in), and of course this sis decided
that she was the only one who could take them in since Dad was going to need
serious cancer therapy, etc. We were down in Louisville at the time, and Ron's
parents were living with us so in a sense she was right... but of course, to do
this, sis needed to sell her own small house down in Florida and have a huge
one built which they couldn't afford.. unless Mom and Dad gave them a huge sum
for the downpayment.. which they did.. Now, I figured it was cool since you'd
figure this sister was going to be caring for Mom and Dad 'as much as needed'..
but after Dad died, my sister started getting wiggy and meaner than I could
imagine... being really nasty to Mom and refusing to even have Mom have a nurse
move in when she needed that type of care (she said her privacy would be
invaded LOL). Oh well.. I think you get the picture.. They are now in a house
they can't afford to keep without some serious income help.. and Mom has it
coming in every month with Dad's disability from the service and their SS
check.. makes me ill to think about them down there but what can you do.  Mom
is as sharp as ever though and she can see what's going on for sure.. That must
hurt a lot.. :(

==Pork Roast===
3 or 4 pound boneless pork shoulder roast 4 or 5 cloves of garlic, minced
Coarsley ground black pepper
salt
garlic powder

Lay shoulder flat and pound with edge of plate.  Cover with salt, pepper and
minced garlic.  Roll and tie with string on the ends and the middle.  Dust with
garlic powder and more salt and pepper. Roast at 350F , 30 minutes per pound. 
Slice and eat hot, or serve cold for sandwiches.
