And the guy from NJ that we met in Ixtapa brought back about 40lbs (he went to
a
bank and got $20.00 worth of some coin) of them to use on NE toll roads, for
him/wife/children (good parental example).  He said to just toss a handful at
the coin basket as you zipped by.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

      Title: Belly Cheater's Brisket
 Categories: Coors, Meats, Main dish, Bob's
      Yield: 10 Servings

      1 ea 3 to 4 lb beef brisket
      3 ea Medium onions-sliced
      1 ea 12 0z can Coors beer
      1 tb Brown sugar
      2 ts Instant beef bouillon granul
      4 ea Whole black peppercorns
      1 ea Clove garlic
      1 ea Bay leaf
    1/4 ts Dried thyme, crushed
    1/4 c  All-purpose flour

  Trim fat from brisket. Season meat with a little salt
  and pepper. place in baking pan; cover with onion.
  Reserve 1/3 cup Coors. Combine remaining Coors, brown
  sugar, bouillon granules and spices; pour over meat.
  Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 3-1/2
  hours or till meat is tender. Remove meat. Skim off
  fat from pan juices;remove bay leaf. In saucepan cook
  juices down to 2 cups. Combine reserved Coors and
  flour;stir into pan juices. Cook and stir till
  thickened. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more. Season to taste.
  Slice meat across the grain; pass gravy.

      Title: Cheater's Stew
 Categories: Ground beef, Vegetables, Original
      Yield: 4 servings

      4    Ground beef patties
      4 c  Water
      4 tb Beef base
      4    Garlic cloves, sliced
      7 md Red potatoes, chopped
      4    Carrots, pared, cut in 1/4s
    1/2    Green bell pepper, sliced

  In large 10" skillet, bring water, beef base, and garlic to boil.  Add
  frozen beef patties.  Meanwhile, chop vegetables.  Turn beef patties
  over, reduce heat.  Add vegetables, return to boil.  Remove beef
  patties and chop in bite-sized pieces; return to pan.  Lower heat &
  simmer, stirring occasionally, until veggies reach desired doneness.
  No other spices were used, and the potatoes added the thickness
