Oh it does really nice with such cuts.  Use the basket and a metal scewers
and it's perfect.

Grr, still too frozen for tonight.  Ah well, it will hold a bit.

Had to chase Don off from making it.  All MINE I says!  (yeah, we gently
fight over who gets to cook sometimes).

I mostly do Duck in the covered roasting pan Don got me for Mothers day about
2007, might have been 2006.  The whole echo was watching me plan how to make
my first duck and my plans to get around not having a proper roasting pan to
lift it out of the fat (lol!).  Then, in he walks the day I'm gonna fix it
with the perfect roaster with lid.  Gotta love a man who loves to play with
cooking toys as much as i do!

Rest assured you can also make an eggplant (asian small) brushed with olive
oil in it too that way.

Me too secretly ;-)  I wanna make my garden boxes soon.  Tall so I dont have
to lean over much.
