I thought about that, but you would be/are still in the dark without certain
knowledge of the ingredients.

An increasing number of them, in fact.

Interesting.  I guess there are ways of altering the sounds of most instruments
for one purpose or another, but that was the first I'd heard of the celeste
piano pedal.
