Lucky you. I've had clogged drains before, no picnic. The
worst was when a big tree got its roots into the main sewer
line. We called in some local Rooter-Man type, who rooted the
roots, commenting "there's been some mighty good eatin'" in a
Deliverance sort of way as he did so. That fix didn't last,
and eventually Roto-Rooter had to come in with its gigantic
snake (about 2 or 3x the diameter of the other guy's), and
that took the problem right out.

Not cost effective. What Bill does is when the stench gets
overpowering, he covers the litter with baking soda; if
Paul is around, he will change the box, complaining to all
and sundry about Bill and the cats.

Tangy lettuce, watercress, and nasturtium salad
cat: salad
servings: 6 to 8

h - dressing
5 Tb avocado oil or olive oil
5 Tb dry white wine
3 Tb white wine vinegar
1/4 ts salt
1/4 ts pepper
2 ts minced fresh mint leaves
h - salad
6 to 8 c lettuce, bite-size pieces
1 c watercress or garden cress
1 to 2 c mixed baby greens
1/3 c thinly sliced fennel
h - garnish
18 to 24 nasturtium flowers of various colors
1/4 c cream cheese, softened
1 Tb cream
1 ts honey

Whisk dressing ingredients together until emulsified.
Set aside.

Combine greens in a very large serving bowl.

Blend cream cheese with cream and honey. Pipe into
center of half the nasturtium flowers.

Just before serving, toss greens with dressing.
Arrange stuffed and unstuffed flowers over.
