But if people actually had taste buds, the incentive to keep
Angus standards strict would be pretty great, as it would be
important to keep the brand pure; but as you and others point
out, probably most people who pay for the brand don't really
know from Angus.

What iffy, what iffy. On the day of the Clinton election,
I was walking with my friend Dave, who was an assistant
Attorney General for the State of New York, and we were
discussing an offer he had had; his old roommate was
trying to bankroll a brewery, and for something like $20K
he could have a 10% share in this brewery, but he thought
it was a bit of a risk, and would I like to buy in. And I
said, well, it sounds good, you should do it, but I don't
have the ready cash. Neither of us did it. The brewery,
of course, was Samuel Adams.

How to Cook Cereal Prawn
cat: Singapore, main
servings: 4

600 g Prawns
Cereal (Nestum original)
3 to 4 Curry leaves
1 Chili padi (chopped)
62 g Butter (1/2 slab of SCS butter)
250 g Corn Flour
50 g Milk powder
1 Egg
1 ts Sugar

Cereal prawn, which is a Singapore dish, has always been the
favorite of all ages. Here are a few easy steps for everyone
to try at home.

1. Place all ingredients on one spot that is easy to access.
2. Clean prawns, leave shell on.
3. Mix the corn flour with the milk powder.
4. Beat the egg.
5. Dip the prawns into the egg.
6. Coat the prawns with the mixture of flour and milk powder.
7. Deep fry the prawns. Leave aside after cooked.
8. In a wok, melt the butter and add in curry leaves and chili
padi. Cook till there is aroma.
9. Put in the cereal and stir fry for a while and add the sugar.
10. Put the prawns in and stir fry for a while.( You can turn
off the fire so as not to overcook the cereal.)
11. Place it in a nice plate and be ready for serving.

Tips

* Buy bigger prawns as they have better taste. If you like your prawns
  to be much spicier add more chili padi it will provide more aroma.
* Milk powder adds a bit of sweetness in the prawns so if there is not
  milk powder it is alright.

Warnings

* When cooking the cereal, curry leaves and chili padi, turn to small
  fire so as not to overcook them.
