The BBC version is known as "The Restaurant". The narration is different but
other than that the shows are the same. The narration on the BBCA version is
some woman who sounds pretty fake, to me. Lots of chatter about that very
subject on the BBCA web-site's discussion boards. 

I download the original sometimes via alt.binaries.tv from the newsgroups.
Another pair to check out is "Come Dine With Me" and "Kill It, Cook It, Eat
It". I don't think either has made it to BBCA yet. Both are interesting - Kill
It being more interesting to me than either of the others ... mostly because
they take people who are used to getting their meat in styro trays down the
stupormarkup and put them into the process of learning (sort-of) where that
meat actually comes from and how it is processed. A real eye-opener to many who
never thought of it before. And a certain to make them puke for PETA members.

If for no other reason I would approve the show for the effect on PETA members.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Espanol Fish Filets
 Categories: Seafood, Latino, Citrus, Chilies
      Yield: 1 Recipe
 
           Olive oil
      3 c  Sliced onions
    1/2 ts Paprika
      1 ts Sugar
  1 1/2 lb Fish filets or steaks
      1    To 2 lemons
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
      2 lg To 3 tomatoes
    1/2 lb Sliced mushrooms
      5    Green onions
    1/2 c  Buttered bread crumbs; (opt)
 
  Brush baking dish with olive oil (1/2 tea.). Heat 3 Tb olive oil and
  saute sliced onions until transparent. Stirring occasionally to
  prevent scorching. Season with paprika and sugar and cook one minute
  longer.
  
  Cover the bottom of baking dish with cooked onions. Rub fish with cut
  lemon and place on top of onions. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and
  cayenne. Top with sliced tomatoes. Saute mushrooms in small amount of
  olive oil, then add chopped green onions to saute briefly. Add
  onion/mushrooms to fish dish.
  
  Cover baking dish with a piece of oiled parchment or wax paper and
  bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Uncover and top with buttered
  crumbs. Bake 15 minutes more or until fish flakes easily.
  
  Allow dish to rest about 5 minutes before serving.
