My dad used to tell the story of a legendary Ph.D. who filtered a
solution containing a whole gram of radium without a catch vessel.
The lab had to carefully dismantle and burn the work bench and the
floor, then re-refine the radium from the ashes at huge cost and
considerable risk to health.

      Title: Turkey Paprikash
 Categories: Low-cal, Main dish, Hungarian, Turkey, Chicken
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
     12 oz Cooked Turkey Breast,
           -sliced 1/4 inch thick
      2 ts Paprika
    2/3 c  Plain low-fat Yogurt
      1 tb Tomato Paste
      3 c  Hot cooked Noodles
      1 md Onion, sliced into rings
      1 ts Instant Chicken Bouillon
      2 tb Flour
      2 tb Snipped fresh Parsley
  
  Spray a cold large skillet with nonstick spray. Heat over medium
  heat for 1 minute. Add turkey slices to skillet. Cover and cook
  about 3 minutes or till heated through. Remove turkey slices from
  skillet and keep warm. For sauce, add onion rings to skillet. Cook
  and stir till rings are tender but not brown. Carefully stir in
  paprika, bouillon granules, 3/4 cup water, and 1/8 t pepper.
  Combine yogurt, flour, and tomato paste; stir into skillet. Cook
  and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more.
  Toss parsley with hot cooked noodles. Arrange noodles on a large
  serving platter. Top with turkey slices. Spoon some sauce over
  turkey; pass remaining.

  Per serving: 312 calories, 35 g protein, 38 g carbohydrates, 2 g
  fat, 72 mg cholesterol, 207 mg sodium,, 558 mg potassium.
