I planted much of it late yesterday.  12 tomatoes, a batch of lettuce seeds.

Easy to restart from seed if not.  I'll be hunting around the pots later to
see what seems right so I can transplant the catnip.  I want it in a
container out in the front but not near the front door or garage.  (Spraying
Toms do not amuse me).

Not realizing that yet, I had gotten a second plant.  Now it goes in with the
survivor.  Last year we didnt get many strawberries but that was due to the
catnip plant overshadowing it.

Snicker, I wore shoes outthere as couldnt see the pricilla-toby bombs.  Thats
ok!

I was planning within the next week.  The seedlings arent but about 4 inches
tall as of yet so I have a little time.

I'm in a weird growing spot.  The lip of Virginia Beach which is more of a
southern area growth than the rest of VA.  Pansies over winter here commonly
and may have spates of blooms in winter.

Not sure.  They also have a COLA that is Yen vs USD based annually.  26K last
year.  (so, last year would have gotten 106K).  Anticipate rents of 1,600USD
translation a month and utilities 1/2 that.  Food costs double or triple USA
(you just get used to not getting some things).

It is a possible and would equate to about a 40K job here.  I can wait a few
weeks while i think about it before replying.

Sounds nice!  Is the wainscotting just wood rail you nail up or is it the
full panel stuff?  I've not done the full panel stuff before but the
wallpaper and faux chair rail is easy.
